Saffron was incredibly good. The service was a little slow between all the folks there on a Friday night, but well worth the (fairly short) wait. The butter chicken, garlic naan bread, and chicken tikka masala were all outstanding.

I visited in December 2023 and it was a 10/10 experience! The staff was so friendly! My family and I have had many distasteful experiences at OTHER restaurants, being that we’re Black southerners, we’ve experienced some prejudice and racism. We felt completely welcomed at Saffron! The food was so delicious 😭. The restaurant owner took time to recommend dishes since it was our first time at an Indian restaurant. The restaurant owner also gifted us an assortment of desserts to try, since (again) it was our first time. I wish the absolute best for him and all of his restaurants. 10/10!!

Try the Golden Elephant drink cocktails, you won’t regret it. This place is awesome. Just tried the lamb Briyanni and chicken tikka. Both are excellent. Chicken Korma can’t get it any better, been here so many times and the service and food are still exactly the same excellent as always wows your imagination. Try the golden elephant drink. You’ll be lost in the taste.

Good quantity of food . I was unable to finish all of it so I packed and took.it to go Eaten her before so Ii knew of them . Food is really good . Will revisit again to try other things . I had the gobi Manchurian and cheese naan This is my third visit here . And as always the food is fantastic . Mr Jordan the server is amazing as well . I usually won’t leave a review if the food is not great . But saffron is one of the best places I have eaten . The quantity is huge and the quality is without doubt amazing . You get what you pay for and the quality is very satisfying . The only reason this place is under the radar is because of 200 plus review but I can say it’s the best place to eat in Birmingham and I keep coming back to them whenever I’m in town
